Who We Are
Our mission is to serve individuals who have an Autism Spectrum Disorder or other learning difference and empower them to live interdependently through employment and community support systems.
We are developing an in-resident, three-year, comprehensive curriculum that will be designed to utilize a “natural setting” approach to learning. In other words, our classroom will be the community with curricular themes such as Community Navigation, Wellness, Social Relationships, Pre-vocational and Vocational, and Residential Living.
Our students will experience a typical college calendar with breaks to spend down-time with family and friends. Their days will be filled with challenging coursework but also opportunities for fun and relaxation.
Upon graduation, we will offer continued support for students when life offers new opportunities for them to continue to fulfill their potential. There will be new opportunities for employment, potential expanded options for housing, and challenges that can sometimes appear perplexing. We can be there to help guide them through the options and assist when called upon.
